Could Microsoft CloudBook stand a chance against ChromeOS?

I think this not a bad Ideal. I'd like to see a Mac cloud OS, but not reserve it to a cheap device, just have a cloud OS that can run on devices in general, but not be corned into only using that OS, where's it's an exclusive cloud OS device. At least with some tablets they get both Android and Chrome OS. I'd like to see a windows laptop, that uses chrome 0S and Android and windows. All three. With Apple Mac OS, iOS, and perhaps Chrome OS or it's own Cloud OS. Apps are more congruent in web based fashion for Chrome Cloud OS. So yes there's a benefit of having both.
